'Information' is a poorly clarified area of law. Ranging from intellectual property, to intangible property, to privacy, to statutory freedom of information laws and more this is an area of law that is frequently misunderstood yet is growing daily. IMHO the biggest issue is whether - and when - information can constitute 'property'.
