'Statutory interpretation' - addressing the principles of how to interpret statutes and regulations (and often by-laws as well) - is very commonly considered in the cases, and so is addressed separately, here: Statutory Interpretation. As well, Delegated Legislation - dealing largely with regulations and other statutory instruments - is dealy with separately.
