Landlord and Tenant (Commercial) COMMENT
Landlord and Tenant (L&T) law has been of long-standing in the British common law system, indeed some would say that it is the basis of that system. There is today in Ontario a Commercial Tenancies Act which embodies the residue of this, but for the most part the field has merged with modern contract law.
