Bill 184 is properly know as the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, one of those propagandistic political names for statutes that they seem to use lately. It received Royal Assent on 21 July 2020, with several of it's provisions pending proclamation (proclamation in force) at various later dates. It was the first substantial RTA amendment in the COVID era, and as such it's possible that most or some of it may be repealed later - so I'm marking all Bill 184 amendments for ease of identification down the road.
